The product arrived quite late (about 15 days) not allowed for shipping to a country within Europe. The excuse was that the product was out of stock, but they could let me know before I bothered them first. I want to believe that it was a random event that is not the rule, but the exception. I will definitely buy from this store again in the future.

Merci de faire des teintures sans alcool et merci pour vos délais de livraison très courts ! Produits très bien protégés. Les flacons sont très beaux mais ils sont très lourds, le verre coloré se recycle moins bien que le verre transparent, qui permettrait de voir le niveau restant dans le flacon. Les pipettes ne se remplissent pas complètement. Une dose pourrait correspondre à une petite cuiller à café ? Bientôt des teintures bio ? Bravo et merci de France

Pas de problème de commande.
Le contact est extrêmement réactif en cas de besoin.
Lorsque le paiement ne marche pas, il faut penser à aller dans l\'historique des commandes pour pouvoir utiliser un autre moyen de paiement.
Une redirection automatique serait appréciée pour éviter une double commande.

Good value, but the size and ml for Amdrographis could have been smaller in case you allergic. Now I have terribly large bottle for 1 y I cannot use due to side effects. The rest of the products are nice, not too strong to have side effects,but working well and swelling in joints disappears. Suggestion for very sensitive ppl check Amdrographis reaction to you first and then order the large bottle that\'s for a year.

Zwrot wersji ciętej, pewnie z powodu zakupu bez płacenia, po przez allegropay odbył się z opóźnieniem zwrotu środków. Nie mniej obsługiwany byłem szybko i profesjonalnie, podobnie z wysyłką. Gdy tylko upomniałem się o zwrot środków również szybko i bez komplikacji sprawa została domknięta. Ostatecznie polecam sprzedawce i chętnie będę tu wracał.
